Confidence power plus is cheap electric treadmill. For only $250, you can have a 600 W power motor treadmill for your exercise needs. Of course this not like motorized electric treadmill with high price. The part quality is a little bit low, but for light use like fast walking, this confidence power plus is good enough.

Just don’t hope to much when spend money on this machine, cause if you are a gym member or maybe heavy duty treadmill users, better find something else than this. Find something more sturdy with a big motor or from big brand name like Precor. This Confidence Power Plus Treadmill is only for someone who just need regular daily walking and have a little space at their house or apartment.

Easy to unpack and assemble.
This machine actually design for walking only, but some buyers said this confidence power plus works well when using for run. We’ll not recommended this machine for running, fast walking is a max. Don’t treat or hope a $250 treadmill price feels like $1000. Not intended for heavy duty treadmill users, but good for light usage.

The treadmill’s controls are very basic. No levels/intervals or incline adjustments. You have speed, calories, time, and distance icons on a central interface.
Automatically stops after 30 minutes of activity. You have to reset it to go longer. Set a timer to warn, so when it’s about to shut down you are ready too.
Walking area very small/short. That’s why running in this machine is not recommended. With automatically stop every 30 minutes and walking area is not big enough, your exercise can be a dangerous. Many reviewers only used for walking but sometimes they “forgot” when they had to stop before the machine stop. So you can imagine yourself, what’s happen if you still running and “forgot” to stop before the machine stop…
